TRAINING DESCRIPTION Accomplishing exercise adherence and success for clients requires that the personal trainer has appropriate skills to attain rapport with client, a professional relationship based on trust, good leadership skills, communication skills, ability to inspire and motivate the client based on client’s own characteristics, and to encourage and support necessary life-style changes. This workshop is designed to equip the fitness professionals with up to date concepts that will help them correctly envision their client’s needs and the quality of their relationships with their clients. Furthermore, they will be provided with experiential learning opportunities, as well as awareness of their own personal strengths they bring to the training relationship and how they can make unique use of their personality and skills.
