BOSU® Body is a drill based cardiovascular and strength class done in a boot camp style format. The combinations of cardio and strength drills are endless and provide a non-stop, challenging total body workout. Drills and performed both on and off the BOSU® Balance Trainer By using the floor which is more stable than the surface of the BOSU® Balance Trainer, drills are alternated between a stable and unstable surface. The drills are designed in specific pattern that challenges both cardiovascular and strength elements. Easily adaptable to any fitness level, BOSU® Body is a great workout for a variety of participants. Drills are done in a sports conditioning format, allowing each participant to work the drill to the best of their own ability. Elements of speed, agility, power, and strength are tested through a precise series of drills. Drills are carefully constructed to provide multiple level options. The use of multiple level options makes BOSU® Body a workout for the beginning exerciser as well as the seasoned pro.
