Based on The Pain-Free Program: A Proven Method to Relieve Back, Neck, Shoulder and Joint Pain by ACE Certified Professional Anthony B. Carey, the course will help you develop efficient musculoskeletal systems in clients by focusing on structural strength and postural balance.
