Coaching Behavior Change to Inspire Positive Transformation
Making a commitment to change can often be a hurdle, especially when it means giving up favorite foods or altering an everyday routine. Too many times we have to deal with the “I hate change” attitude. How can you motivate not only your clients, but also yourself, to make positive change when it’s difficult to even get started?
In this video training taught by Dianne McCaughey, Ph.D.—an ACE Master Trainer, gerontology expert, international speaker and author—you will uncover how to turn negative attitudes into a source of motivation by asking the right questions at the right time. This course will explore how you can make attainable goals that align with your values and become more confident in your journey through behavior change. And, it will empower you to help your clients navigate through their own “stinking thinking.” Learn to develop and solidify relationships based on trust and empathy so that clients will keep coming back and referring friends and loved ones.
