About Fred Hahn: My name is Fred Hahn and I am the co-author of the Slow Burn Fitness Revolution (Random House 2002), the author of Strong Kids Healthy Kids (AMACOM 2008), and the owner of Serious Strength Personal Training Studios. My Slow Burn training program is a perfect exercise program to develop and condition the "boomer" body as well as for seniors. It is a low force, brief and infrequent training regimen that builds you up without beating you up.
