Virginia Inglese's years of study have gained her both an impressive list of credentials and a unique approach to therapeutic work. She is a Licensed Registered Dietitian with a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine from The George Washington University. Virginia holds a Master's degree as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She is also certified as a personal trainer and health fitness instructor with the American College of Sports Medicine. As a result, Virginia brings together the disciplines of nutrition, movement and behavioral therapy to treat the mind, body and spirit. In addition, she teaches individual and group exercise classes and designs customized fitness programs. Responding to today's health and fitness needs, Virginia established Total Health Concepts, Inc., an innovative health and counseling center. It offers an extraordinary and effective combination of behavioral therapy, nutritional counseling, personalized fitness training and stress management programs for individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels. Virginia helps individuals, couples and families reconnect with their physical and emotional needs and develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies. She guides clients in creating balance in their lives, enhancing personal and professional relationships and empowering them to take responsibility for a healthier, more fulfilled life. Virginia designs and implements health programs and conducts workshops for organizations, corporations and government agencies.
