Hello! My name is Zach Kennedy. Fitness always has been and always will be an important part of my life. I have had the privilege of serving my Country in the United States Marine Corps and I also worked as a firefighter for six years; both of those experiences helped me develop a love and respect for staying fit. There is nothing I love more than to help people learn to enjoy the benefits of a well balanced diet and frequent exercise. Doing a little bit of exercise is better than none at all. Fitness does not have to be a chore...it is and can be FUN! Remember, it's never too late in life to embark on a new journey of healthy living. Let's get you started on that journey!!
