A long time Mind & Body instructor. Currently teaches Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, and Meditation at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa, San Dieguito Adult School, and Tri City Wellness Center. Believes that holistic health is attainable through the mindful and functional modalities that place emphasis equally on both the mind and the body. Studied the ACE Personal Trainer course to further the understanding and experience of the physical fitness aspect. Enjoy learning. Currently active certifications are: ACE Personal Trainer, TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Level II Trainer, National Ayurvedic Medical Association Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner (AWP), Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher (RYT), Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor, and Tai Chi Qigong 18 Form Instructor.
