About
I am a long time fitness professional. I have started my career teaching physical education and coaching basketball/track within the public school system. I have plenty of success bringing my students to healthy weights and educating them in nutrition to better their lives. As a coach my responsibilities have primarily been conditioning and program progression with track athletes and basketball players. In my Personal life I have been preparing for a bodybuilding competition that will take place in July 2012. I study new articles and nutrition as a hobby and enjoy sharing information and techniques with other professionals. Most of my training experience has been with young adults and teenagers but I would like to expand my experience and practice to a one on one client basis.
