I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I've played sports through most of my childhood and have continued to be physically active which is why I decided to major in Exercise and Sport Science and minor in Nutrition. I am looking forward to begin personal training as a career. I love to learn as well so I am planning on continuing my education with workshops and other certifications such as strength and conditioning.
