I have always had a passion for sports and fitness. I have played basketball competitively most of my life, since the age of 9. I played for Abington High School and recreationally at West Chester University where I received a bachelors of Science in Marketing. I currently compete in local races such as the Broad Street 10 miler as well as the Philadelphia Distance run of 13.1 miles. I have also competed in a sprint distance triathlon. Working in the industry for over three years I enjoy helping all individuals reaching their full potential. I have trained people of all ages ranging from 16-75 years old.
