About
My love of fitness introduce me to Yoga and Pilates. I completed my first Yoga training and became an 200hr register yoga teacher in 2003. I opened my own studio Island Yoga in 2005 to create a energetic, fun, and welcoming setting for all levels of students. Further trainings in Pilates mat, Pilates equipment, Anusara Yoga, and recently as ACE Group Fitness instuctor has helped me to gain so much knowledge to share and experience with my students. My journey now has continue in a different direction, in the process of going back to school for a PTA. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and learning more about this exciting field of expertise.
