Having grown up in Colorado, I have a true love of fitness and the outdoors. I am now able to share my passion in Taos New Mexico, working in a fitness-related atmosphere where I feel my clients discover the essence of who they truly are and who they have the potential to become. I will not only be your trainer, but be your partner in developing a training program specifically for you. We will use the outdoors, functional, and, at times unconventional training methods that you will eagerly look forward to performing. Our goal together is to create a program that you don't feel like you have to do or need to do, but one that you WANT to do.
