Fitness began as a hobby for me. I discovered a class at my gym that I absolutely loved, and decided to get certified to teach it. Once I began teaching, my interest in group fitness grew, and I knew I needed to increase my knowledge and experience. After three more years in group fitness, I became a certified personal trainer. I love to help people discover new ways to move, and to create changes that will last a lifetime.
