Welcome my name is Carl Gunderson with Simply Holistic Fitness, LLC and it would be my honor and privilege to be your holistic personal trainer. As a holistic personal trainer, I work with my clients to develop a strong sense of self, bringing "balance" to their physical, emmotional and spiritual energy centers. As a certified yoga instructor through YogaFit USA I also teach and practice Hatha vinyasa yoga. I specialize in the areas of; strength & core training, cardio conditioning, yoga, nutritional counseling, wellness education and meditation through both personalized and small group training sessions.
