Health and fitness has been my lifestyle and I've been in the fitness industry for most of the past 25 yrs. Exercise works. No news there. As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass and most of the health issues in aging arise from this simple fact. Through a consistent regimen of exercise, healthy eating and never shirking good quality rest, one can achieve a strong healthy body at any age. Fitness training (resistance and cardiovascular training) not only retards the aging process but, in the case of muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance, can reverse this process. I work with my clients to develop a program specific to their needs and their goals, both short and long term. My goal, as a trainer, is to inspire the client to discover the joy of movement and the rewards of a healthy body. By reclaiming the body and revitalizing the spirit through exercise my clients experience a new lease on life.
