About
Being a Type 1 Diabetic since I was a child helped me realize the importance of proper nutrition from a young age. Whatever I put in my body directly influenced how I felt and how I lived. It wasn't until college where I put the other piece of the puzzle together with that, and that was exercise. In the last few years, I've made a constant effort to stay up to date on recent nutrition and exercise findings, while also maintaining my certifications and promoting a healthy lifestyle wherever I go.
