My current focus is on small group or personal training,online or in person. I am focusing in particular on Men, women and couples between the ages of 40 and 70 who want to loose weight, begin a strength program, improve their functional fitness or continue to maintain any recent improvements. If you are not in that category, I can still help! I also like to help with accountability. With my additional coursework in Lifestyle and Weight Management, and sports nutrition, I would like to coach those who continually start and stop programs to be more consistent.
