About Ryan Jankowitz: Hi there, thanks for visiting my profile. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2005 and found my niche in the personal training world as a kettlebell instructor through Dragon Door's RKC. I am currently a level 2 RKC and have assisted at several Dragon Door kettlebell certifications. I have my own online coaching company, RJ Kettlebell. I work with clients remotely and build them customized training programs while helping them improve their nutrition. I specialize in kettlebell training and help people prepare for RKC, HKC, and SFG certifications. You can also find me in Old Town, Alexandria working with clients at Fitness On The Run. I teach small group classes and perform one-on-one sessions. I work with people from all walks of life with all types of goals. I have been able to help people get out of pain, improve their ability to move, greatly increase strength, and lose weight.
