I became a personal trainer after facing my own health issues. I was obese and diagnosed with congestive heart failure at the age of 28. Now I enjoy helping other people find the path the healthier living with a unique perspective on what it is to feel overwhelmed by the job of "getting started." While I have worked with a wide variety of clients from athletes to executives, I truly enjoy helping those with extreme weight loss needs/goals, older adults, and people with chronic health issues that require adapting their fitness program to meet their unique needs.
