About Sandee Lea: Sandee Lea a PMA National Certified Pilates Instructor, RYT Register Yoga Trainer, ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Madd Dog Certified Spin Instructor,and Certified Egoscue Postural Therapist, has been actively involved in the fitness industry for over 27 years. She started Exercising at the age of 12 and prior to recieving any formal training, she creatively used her own body resistance to sculpt and tone. She discovered this practice also helped sculpt her mind, creating a balanced lifestyle. Since that early age Sandee has been vigilant in her dedication o training and formal certification, becoming one of the best trainers in the region. In addition to her extensive background in Pilates and Yoga, she has studied dance and trained dancers, and gymnist for more than 8 years. Sandee is currently working on her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology to add even more scientific knowledge to her years of experience as an instructor. Her classes are filled with energy and a joyfulness, as well as impeccable alignment and strength. Pilates, Yoga, and dance are her passions, and when yu train with her, you will experience a very pure and simple way of fitness that brings results not only to the body but also to mind and spirit. Sandee is available for private or group instruction at your facility and also offers a variety of classes and one on one training at her Temecula studio, A Pilates Studio. A Pilates studio has been rated in the Top 3 studios in the Inland Empire Hot List for the past 3 years. Sandee was also awarded, "Best Female Trainer in the Valley", by Valley Living magazine.
