From winning championship after championship in high school and college wrestling to coaching some of the Bay Area’s best wrestling teams,Peter has the experience to help you look and feel your best. While working as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness, Peter has helped people lose weight, enhance their athletic performance and worked on individual problem areas. Unlike other personal trainers, Peter believes in listening to your body. This means not over-training (which may lead to stress injuries), allowing your muscles to rest between different training sessions and changing the intensity of your workout. Peter also takes special care in creating and alternating exercise routines so that you have a full body workout in less time. And, finally, Peter believes personalization is key. After listening to your concerns and goals, he’ll determine the best plan for you. His clients often describe him as very thorough and caring. When it comes to exercising, flexibility is key. That’s why Peter offers personal training at a local Bay Area Gold’s gym or at your home/office (where he brings the necessary equipment). Each location offers its own advantages: Personal training at a gym gives you greater selection of exercise equipment and provides an environment that allows you to concentrate solely on the workout.
