Coach Albert is a San Francisco based group exercise coach and personal trainer and Director of Group Exercise at Decathlon Club in Santa Clara, California. Well versed in several different martial arts, competitive boxing and kickboxing and long distance endurance running events. Albert made a kickboxing comeback in 1997, and soon after began coaching fighters and started his own kickboxing gym, Team Bushido, in West Oakland, California. Soon after, he decided to pursue a career in fitness and studied hard to get the very best certifications on personal training, indoor cycling, sculpting, functional training, yoga and tai chi. Albert has since become a national fitness presenter contributing to the continuing evolution of the fitness industry.
