I'm passionate about helping women see the possibilities of what they can accomplish and living as healthy, fit, and pain-free as possible in the second halves of their lives. I work with you one-on-one to truly understand your goals, then coach you to achieve them through customized personal fitness training, health coaching, and pain relief methods. I work with clients in my home fitness studio in Austin, Texas. ACE-certified Personal Fitness Trainer My clients include women who have never exercised before, have a current exercise regimen but are not obtaining their goals on their own, or have worked out with trainers who don't understand how to work with women our age. I help my clients build strength, develop flexibility and balance, and increase aerobic fitness levels. The BioMechanics Method® Corrective Exercise Specialist Aches and pains are often a part of getting older, but exercising the correct way can reduce and even relieve them. I am trained in The BioMechanics Method, which alleviates back pain and other chronic pain through structural assessments, corrective exercise techniques, and life coaching strategies. ACE-Senior Fitness Specialty Certificate As a Senior Fitness Specialist, I effectively serve adults over 55 by incorporating modifications and training that prevents muscle deterioration, improves bone strength and boosts quality of life. ACE-certified Health Coach & eCornell Certificate in Plant-based Nutrition I help my clients learn how to make nutritious, healthy food and lifestyle choices so they can achieve their health goals, whether that means losing weight or lowering their risks for cancer and cardiac disease. I create custom programs for every client that work with their busy lives so that they can achieve a permanent healthier lifestyle - no fad diets here!
