In 1997, I started a company B.A.B.Y.(Birth and Beginning Year) Health and Fitness Programs. We provide pregnant women and new moms with the tools they need for a more comfortable pregnancy, easier labor and quicker postpartum recovery. We have trained over 5000 women in the past 12 years. I train all women - my goal is to create a customized program that meets your specific needs. I am available to train in-home, outdoors or in our personal training studio.
