Currently, I am enrolled in graduate school to become a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, with a Masters in Nursing. I have worked as an Exercise Specialist and Health Educator with numerous hospitals and institutions in Washington, Idaho and Wyoming. I will continue to keep my ACE personal trainer certification as part of my ongoing education and training in the field of health, wellness, and exercise. Eventually, I hope to work with special populations (including older adults)with chronic diseases to help improve their quality of life through good health and exercise.
