About Castor Guzman: I've been in the fitness field since 1992. I started out as a competitive Powerlifter and a Bodybuilder. In 2004 and 2008 I won 1st place in Lightweight and OVERALL CHAMPION in the Mr. Fort Lewis competition. Recently competed at the NPC Bodybuilding Nationals after placing 1st at the WA. Ironman in 2012, and currently won 1st place again in 2014 back to back. I spent ten years working with the US Navy as a Lead Fitness Coordinator helping the military stay healthy and fit for mission readiness. I've always have the love and passion for fitness and enjoy passing my knowledge and experience onto others. My goal as a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor is to help you step out of your comfort zone and challenge your mind body through a variety of fitness programs that are safe, fun, and effective. I will help you achieve results with challenging workouts, along with proper nutritional guidance. Strong Mind! Strong Body! Strong Core!
