FOr personal training and group training. Lois teaches using all the tools out there; full body weight functional training, balance and stability, postural alignment, pilates with props, interval and circuit using kettlebells, TRX suspension, whole body vibration, barbells, dumbbells, bands, airex pads, boxing, step, balls and water fitness. COre stability and activation for the strongest and best body the client is willing to work for. technique and safety are always watched because execution and reinforcing the alignment wanted is primary and the engagement of muscles and body as one unit while burning as many calories as possible is necessary to get the most out of a session. The goals of the client are adhered to so that they can see and feel progress and stay motivated in the quest for health and fitness and being absolutely fabulous! and, of course, having fun.
