About Karen Aylor-Chenoweth: Hi, I'm Karen. Thank you for looking at my profile and I look forward to meeting you so we can work on your fitness goals! I'm an energetic, positive soul who thrives on interacting with people. I've been told I have the gift of inspiring and motivating others as a pilates instructor/personal trainer so I believe, working together, we will reach your goals! I practice what I preach; I eat well, sleep 7-8 hours a night, do pilates, weight training & yoga along with various forms of cardio including latin dancing! I incorporate stretching along with balance and posture exercises into my clients' pilates and personal training sessions. And we have FUN during our sessions. I believe that daily exercise, eating & sleeping well, along with some sort of daily meditation (which is a stress manager) or just quiet time, are the keys to slowing down the aging process. So when we meet I want you to guess my age. You'll be surprised at my answer! I am proof that those keys are huge part of the anti-aging solutions!
