ACE Welcomes Betty Su and Amber Trivedi to its Board of Directors

San Diego, Calif., November 12, 2025 — The American Council on Exercise (ACE) is proud to announce that Betty Su, a seasoned brand and marketing executive, and Amber Trivedi, an innovative entrepreneur and expert in AI-driven career development, have joined its Board of Directors effective October 1, 2025. Their combined expertise will help guide the organization’s mission and strategic direction during a period of growth and transformation.

Bryant, PhD, FACSM. “Their diverse expertise and deep commitment to advancing the ACE mission will be invaluable as we continue expanding access to our high-quality education for health and fitness professionals around the world.”  

With more than two decades of experience leading marketing and communication teams, Su has an extensive record of success in brand development and strategic transformation will help elevate the ACE brand and its reach. "I’m honored to join the ACE Board of Directors where I will be able to share my expertise in strategic positioning and marketing activation to help expand the ACE brand and grow the critical mission of getting people moving,” said Su.  

Trivedi is an expert in AI adaptive learning systems, health technology, and behavioral sciences. In addition, her experience building and scaling purpose-driven companies will be a tremendous asset to the ACE Board of Directors. About Betty Su 

Betty Su brings more than two decades of experience driving brand growth and leading strategic transformation across mission-driven, public, and private sector organizations. She currently serves as Head of Marketing and Communications at the Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to pro bono services for other nonprofits. Her previous leadership roles include Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at the National Audubon Society, where she oversaw brand, digital engagement, and crisis communications during a pivotal period of organizational change. 

Betty has also held executive positions at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), where she modernized the GMAT brand and launched a new business unit focused on marketing and recruitment services, and at the U.S. Postal Service, where she led the development of the “Priority You” brand strategy, generating over $1.5 billion in annual revenue. She began her career in consumer-packaged goods at Kraft, Mondelez, and Cadbury, with a focus on youth brands and global innovation. Betty holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
