Dr. Renee J. Rogers, PhD, FACSM, FTOS, is an exercise physiologist and senior scientist specializing in evidence based, bio-behavioral interventions for obesity treatment, with expertise in physical activity, body composition, and behavior intervention. She has more than 20 years of experience across physical activity and obesity research, education, and practice, serving as an instructor, practitioner, program director, researcher, designer, and consultant and advisor to large organizations and health initiatives. 

Dr. Rogers is deeply committed to obesity care and patient advocacy, with a focus on helping individuals develop a healthy relationship with physical activity. Her work emphasizes the appropriate integration of exercise within comprehensive obesity care, positioning physical activity as one component of a broader medical, behavioral, and psychosocial treatment approach rather than a standalone solution.
