Rachelle Reed is Head of Scientific Research & Communication at Therabody, where she oversees the research agenda and leads initiatives to translate complex scientific concepts into practical strategies for improving health and wellness. She holds a B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. in exercise physiology and completed postdoctoral training in exercise psychology. She has also worked as both part-time and full-time teaching faculty at the University of Georgia. Rachelle is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist and currently chairs ACSM’s Continuing Professional Education Committee. For more than a decade, Rachelle has worked as an industry scientist for global brands, bridging the gap between research and real-world application. She is passionate about helping people adopt healthy behaviors and exploring how technology can enhance quality of life and longevity. Rachelle lives in Watkinsville, Georgia, with her husband, two children, and their dog.
