As Executive Director at Powers Health in Munster, Indiana, she oversees programs that blend clinical care with preventive health and community-based fitness to improve long-term patient outcomes. She leads a multi-site bariatric program, ensuring quality improvements, accreditation compliance, and collaborative care while adapting services to evolving trends such as GLP‑1/GIP medications. Debi also manages an 80,000 sq ft medical fitness center, driving strong membership growth, high engagement, and evidence-based programming for chronic conditions and post-bariatric recovery.
