Ari Langinkoski, ACE-CHC, ACE-CPT, is the founder of Nordic Health Academy (NHA), an ACE International Education Partner based in Helsinki, Finland. NHA is Finland’s leading private education provider for the health and fitness and healthcare sectors. Langinkoski is committed to empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes and is recognized as one of Europe’s leading health coaching experts. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Exercise Medicine at the University of Eastern Finland, with a research focus on best practices in health coaching. His recent study, Health Coaching 2.0, examines the effectiveness of modern, structured coaching methods. He currently chairs EuropeActive’s Technical Expert Group, which is developing pan-European standards for health coaching education.
