Betty Su

Board Member

Betty Su is a brand and marketing executive with more than two decades of experience driving growth and leading transformation across mission-driven, public, and private sector organizations.

She currently leads Marketing and Communications at the Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit focused on expanding access to pro bono resources that help other nonprofits thrive. Previously, she served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at the National Audubon Society, leading brand, digital engagement, and crisis communications during a time of organizational change. She has also held executive roles at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), where she modernized the GMAT brand and launched a new business unit focused on marketing and recruitment services, and at the U.S. Postal Service, where she led an updated brand strategy, “Priority You”, that generated over $1.5 billion in annual revenue.

Betty began her career in CPG at Kraft, Mondelez, and Cadbury, with a focus on youth brands and global innovation. She holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
