About
I am a retired registered nurse working full time in a hospital setting for 48 years. I have been a certified personal trainer and certified medical specialist since 1995. The last 20 years of nursing I was director of a wellness facility working directly with physical therapists, an integrative medicine department of holistic physicians and acupuncturists. I directed a cardiac rehabilitation program and taught aquatic rehabilitation and mind body classes, Ai Chi, Hip and Knee and Back hab in the pool. I did in home training from 1999 to present with the over 60 population. I love working with the aging population to keep them functional to perform independent activities of daily living.
