With 30 years of experience sharing her enthusiasm and passion for movement, Janine has influenced students and fellow instructors from all over the world working as a Fitness Instructor, Master Trainer and Creative Consultant, for companies such as Equinox Fitness Clubs, Norwegian Cruise Lines, New York Sports Club & Reebok International. After leaving the hustle & bustle of the NYC area and relocating to the open spaces of Bucks County, PA, Janine decided to move into the virtual world creating JBirdFitness.com, a membership-based website offering workout videos, LIVE workouts and an amazing fitness community. Now Janine is getting back to her love of teaching in-person class and continuing to bring everyone the opportunity to join JBird whether it's virtually or in studio and truly live out her dream to grow & learn from her clients wherever they may be.
