I am a certified personal trainer as well as occupational therapist who specializes in working with individuals who have experienced a stroke. Many stroke patients who have completed or have been discharged from therapy continue to need guidance with exercise and recovery. I currently am offering personal training services to individuals who have suffered from a stroke and are looking for exercise professionals that have experience in working with stroke patients. I have extensive experience in working with those that have hemiplegia (paralysis on one side) and can help with balance, strengthening, and movement. I also will accept clients who have other neurological problems or who are status post upper extremity injuries and are looking for a personal trainer with experience in these areas.
