Hello, I am a former collegiate volleyball player & college coach who owns Agers In Condition LLC, a fitness consulting, management & personal training business in Columbus, Ohio. I specialize in training agers over 50, seniors over 65 and the advanced aged over 90. I hold specialty certifications in functional training, senior specialist, nutrition specialist and balance and mobility. I have been ACE- certified since 1995 with over 27 years in the fitness field. Presently I train clients in the comfort of their own homes & I love my part-time work as the Fitness Director at an independent/assisted living center in Columbus, Ohio. I have two degrees in health and fitness from Morehead State University in Kentucky and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, respectively.
