I am a professional IFBB bodybuilder with Top6 finish in Ms. Olympia contest in New York 1987 & 1988, and Top3 in Professional World Championships in Nice, France 1988. I retired from competition since 1989. I live on Maui, Hawaii where my husband and I own and operate, since 1995, REPS Maui Fitness - 1700 sq.ft. personal training studio with 6 other certified personal trainers. I am also a certified Johnny G. spinning Instructor (2000) and STOTT Mat & Reformer (Level 1)Instructor (2008). I believe in safe and basic resistance training; I emphasize variety in exercise.
