SHERRY REECE Ed. S, M. Ed, C-EP, CES, HC, CPT is an internationally certified personal trainer, exercise physiologist, and licensed health educator who works with public and private entities to provide exercise and nutrition programing, workshops, and personal trainer education. She is a lifestyle coach and wellness presenter for the Cleveland Family YMCA in Cleveland, Tn. Sherry’s impressive credentials, first-class education, and decades of experience distinguish her as an expert in her field. A superior athlete, Sherry attended Lee University on a full athletic scholarship where she studied Biology and Health and Physical Education. She holds an Ed. S in Instruction, and M. Ed. in Leadership, and a B.S. in Biological Science with a concentration in Health and Physical Education. She obtained advanced specializations and certifications as an Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Corrective Exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Health Coaching from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
