I have been an ACE Certified Professional since 1991. I have a degree from San Diego State University and numerous other industry certifications including NASM (Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist) I love teaching group exercise classes to inspire and motivate to enjoy the group and I also love my one on one time to help clients achieve their personal goals. I just recently became a Club Coach to halp a client enjoy her dream of competition.
