I am a holistic health educator who embraces the concept of the Medicine Wheel and engaging the whole person - the physical, mental, social/emotional and spiritual. I embrace the paradigm of health at every size and am passionate about local foods, joyful movement and integrating the wisdom of the body into all movement. Yoga, swimming, and walking are the pillars of my own approach to joyful movement. I am also trained as a Spiritual Director and design spiritual retreats as well as offer spiritual direction.
