As a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (CMES) and Health Coach, Diane concentrates on keeping clients in motion and moving towards wellness. WELLNESS is a sense of THRIVING, of being excited about life, and one’s ability to function effectively. It is this sense of WELL-BEING that Diane is most interested in helping clients achieve. No quick fixes just consistent application of exercise science, behavior modification, client centered exercise programming and implementation to help each individual create a RICHER more ACTIVE Life. She does this by building rapport and bridging the gap between the healthcare community and the patients they treat for chronic diseases, musculoskeletal injury, and/or disability.
