Having struggled with obesity in the past I understand some of the challenges one can face; not only mentally but physically. You see, I was noty always over weight but I led a sedentary life as a Software Engineer and made some choices that put me in the situation I was in. I don't completely regret them because they made me who I am today. At the same time however, I realize they were not the best for me or my family. So I some small changes to break some bad habits. My goal now is to share what I've learned and so that others can hopefully overcome similar challenges.
