Boot Camp Brandon is here to rid the world of preventable disease, one workout at a time. Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, and colon cancer are just a few of the many diseases that plague people but can be stopped. BCB is the perfect trainer for you no matter what your fitness level is. Our clients range in experience from beginners to experts. Our training program highly individualized in a way that allows us to increase or decrease intensity to fit your personal needs. Furthermore, training modalities are adjusted to coincide with your personal fitness goals. We have effectively created an environment that embraces your strengths and challenges you to get better in functional areas of concern. We functionally train using bodyweight exercises, free weights, agility and plyometric movements, yoga, and many more up to date training modalities. When our program is coupled with responsible nutrition and behavioral changes we get optimal results. To help toward this end, everyone receives nutritional guidance and consultation. Brandon Jones, owner and operator of BCB, graduated Magna Cum Laude from CCBC. He is currently the face of CCBCs Exercise Science program. He is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society, an honorably discharged veteran and a community activist. He holds the top fitness industry certifications with the American Council on Exercise (ACE). The bottom line is, we get results and we sweat our way to success.
