About
Jeff Bristol, a California native, grew up in Temecula Valley and was heavily involved in sports. As a child, Jeff played soccer, baseball, football and basketball, but wrestling is where he really excelled and found his passion. In High School, Jeff was named an All-American wrestler and went on to wrestle at University of California Davis, a Division I college via scholarship. While at Davis, Jeff placed in the Pac 10 Conference and continued his education, ultimately graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Organizational Studies. Sports and fitness have undoubtedly always been a huge component of Jeff’s life and a career in the health and fitness industry was a natural fit. Jeff moved forward with his ACE certification shortly after joining the team at Fitness Quest 10. Combining his sports background and studies, Jeff has 15+ years of hands-on and in-classroom experience, which he now has the opportunity to pass on to his “hungry” clients. Jeff has a passion for connecting with people and motivating his clients to levels beyond their own expectations and finds joy in having a hand in coaching people to achieve their specific goals along their individualized fitness journeys. Jeff does private and semi-private training, as well as small and large group exercise classes. Jeff specializes in strength training and conditioning, functional movement/training, weight loss, athletic performance and prides himself in being able to work with anybody and everybody. Jeff doesn’t believe in zeroing in his training to any one individual level of athleticism, but rather has a passion for helping people of all ages and levels.
