Hello! *Time Zone Hoppers* Digital Nomads* Keep your fitness as a priority as you travel! With longevity in mind, I help women over 50 establish and implement health and wellness goals. To accomplish this we focus on building and maintaining strength, flexibility and balance within an exercise program designed with the clients interests and specific goals in mind. It is natural for our bodies to change throughout our lives. Every stage of life requires a different way of taking care of ourselves. What was important to us in our 20’s and 30’s no longer applies to us in our 40’s and 50’s. Women over 50 start to look to the future and search for what we need to do to carry us forward with the most vitality to give us the highest quality of life possible. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology in Trikala, Greece at the University of Thessaly. I wanted to expand my knowledge base to bring my clients every possible tool to aid in their success. During the pandemic I completed a Yoga Alliance approve Yoga Teacher training program and am now a certified Yoga instructor. In 2015, I spent a year studying Holistic Wellness and Nutrition through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and completed their Health Coaching program. I am also a credentialed teacher with a B.S.Ed in Physical Education and Dance from Northern Illinois University. I have been in the fitness industry since 1988 and have taught a variety of fitness classes. With my range of experiences I feel we can find a fitness program that is just right for you!
