I have provided group and individual training and physical education instruction for over 30 years. As well as being a Certified Personal Trainer, I am a fourth degree black belt in Ju Jitsu, a second degree black belt in Jigo Jutsu and a black belt in Judo. I have taught college physical education courses regularly for over 30 years specializing in Judo, Martial Arts and Self Defense courses. I focus on helping individuals become stronger and more flexible using simple, yet interesting exercises in a non-intimidating environment.
