Aerial arts, gymnastic style strength training and endurance sports are my specialities. I live in the mountains for the wonderful quality of life and I believe that fitness can be enjoyable for everybody. I love outdoor sports such as road biking, mountain biking, downhill and Nordic skiing and hiking. I train clients with a variety of goals from doing a century road bike ride to just keeping up with the grandkids. All clients’ goals are important to me. I am also a freelance journalist for several sports magazines.
